What Converts, by Source
- Oracle. PL/SQL packages, collections, autonomous transactions and CONNECT BY hierarchies to PL/pgSQL, with UTL_FILE, DBMS_LOB and DBMS_OUTPUT calls replaced on the target.
- Sybase ASE.Procedures, triggers and system functions rebuilt against the YSQL API, including cursor handling, output and return parameters and SET ROWCOUNT logic.
- IBM Db2. LUW, AS/400 and z/OS onto one open, distributed target.
- Microsoft SQL Server. T-SQL to PL/pgSQL, with collation behavior, procedures returning multiple result sets and identity handling resolved on the target.
How Much Converts on Its Own
