Ciber Sweden, with offices in Stockholm, provided services in areas like digital marketing, e-commerce, ERP, EAM, HR, and financial systems. In 2016, Ciber Sweden was acquired by Bouvet.

Ciber develops system for parking permits to the major cities in Sweden. In 2012, when the second largest city in Sweden wanted to migrate the system from Oracle to SQL server, Ciber turned to Ispirer Systems for their cross-platform migration solutions and services.
Ispirer migrated code initially developed in PowerBuilder as well as database schema from Oracle to SQL Server.
Whenever needed they acted directly and they made an excellent job and kept both timelines and cost. We are extremely pleased with the work done and our cooperation with Ispirer
