Fully-Functional Evaluation

The evaluation version:

• Converts all database objects (tables, stored procedures, triggers etc)
• Transfers all rows in each table
• Converts all lines in each stored procedure, trigger or function

The only evaluation restriction is that SQLWAYS_EVAL# is added to some comments and constant strings.
