Licensing Terms & Conditions (identical for all support options):

• Each support type is per one migration pair only (ex. Oracle to MySQL; VB to VB.NET, etc.)
• Answers to product-related questions are provided within 24 hours
• Critical fixes and customizations are delivered within 1-3 business days*
• Number of guaranteed customizations depends on the selected support period (refer to the tables below)

*Customization delivery period may depend on resources availability and requested customization complexity.
